Procedure

In analogy to example 207, step 2, 4-[(R)-3-[(E)-hydroxyimino]-3-(2-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-1-o-tolyl-propyl]-benzoic acid (example 272) was coupled with trans-methyl 4-amino-cyclohexanecarboxylate hydrochloride using benzotriazol-1-yloxytris(dimethylamino)-phosphonium hexafluorophosphate in tetrahydrofuran to give the title compound as a light yellow viscous oil.
