In analogy to example 221, step 6, 5-[3-(4-chloro-2-methyl-phenyl)-3-(3-fluoro-4-hydroxy-phenyl)-propionyl]-1-methyl-1H-pyridin-2-one (example 324, step 1) was reacted with methyl 4-bromobutyrate in N,N-dimethylacetamide in the presence of cesium carbonate to give the title compound as a colourless foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=500.3 [M+H]+.
