In analogy to example 162, step 2, 3-(4-chloro-2-methylphenyl)-1-(6-methoxypyridin-3-yl)-3-(4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl)propan-1-one was reacted with concentrated aqueous HCl in 1,4-dioxane to give the title compound as an off-white solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=430.2 [M+H]+.
