In analogy to example 132, step 6, from (R)-tert-butyl 4-(4-(3-(2-methylpyridin-4-yl)-3-oxo-1-o-tolylpropyl)phenyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of sodium hydrogencarbonate was prepared the title compound as a white foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=414.4 ([M+H]+).
