Procedure

200 mg (581 μmol) 2-bromo-1-(2-phenyl-benzoxazol-6-yl)-butan-1-one are combined with 1.2 ml DMF and 0.8 ml of water. The mixture is stirred for 3 h at 100° C. and then separated by RP-HPLC.
