Procedure

To a solution of 4-thioxooxazolidin-2-one (180 mg) in ethanol (3 mL) was added prop-2-yn-1-amine (85 mg) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hr. The precipitated white solid was collected by filtration, and washed with ethyl acetate/hexane to give the title compound (168 mg).
