A mixture of 2-{[(4-fluorophenyl)methyl]oxy}-5-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)benzoic acid (may be prepared as described in Description 121; 80 mg, 0.25 mmol), 3-methylisoxazol-4-amine (49.5 mg, 0.37 mmol), HOBT (56.3 mg, 0.37 mmol) and EDC (70.5 mg, 0.37 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (2 ml) was stirred at room temperature for 16 hours. Water (50 ml) was added. A white precipitate was filtered, washed with ethyl acetate, and dried in vacuo to yield the title compound as a white solid. 54 mg,
