To a stirred solution of Intermediate 1 (see Example 1.1, 100 mg, 0.362 mmol), HATU (165 mg, 0.434 mmol) and DIEA (0.126 mL, 0.724 mmol) in DMF was added 2-(6-methoxypyridin-3-yl)propan-2-amine (72.2 mg, 0.434 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 h. The solvent was evaporated and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to give the title compound (138 mg) as white solid. LCMS m/z=425.3 [M+H]+; 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ ppm 0.47 (td, J=4.6 and 3.5 Hz, 1H), 1.12-1.15 (m, 1H), 1.76 (s, 3H), 1.77 (s, 3H), 2.08-2.12 (m, 1H), 2.22-2.27 (m, 1H), 2.91 (d, J=16.6 Hz, 1H), 3.00 (dd, J=6.2 and 16.5 Hz, 1H), 3.91 (s, 3H), 6.69 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 7.00-7.07 (m, 2H), 7.14 (s, 1H), 7.62-7.68 (m, 2H), 8.25 (d, J=2.6 Hz, 1H).
