3.0 g hexahydro-7-phenyl-1,4-diazepin-5-one (for preparation see Example 1C)) in 40 ml dichloromethane were reacted with 4.0 g triethylamine and 2.9 g 3,5-dimethylbenzoyl chloride according to the method given above in Example 1F). 5.01 g amorphous 1-(3,5-dimethylbenzoyl)-hexahydro-7-phenyl-1,4-diazepin-5-one were obtained, which was reacted without further purification.
