64 mg (0.17 mmol) 6-(2′-oxo-1,1′,2′,3-tetrahydrospiro[indene-2,3′-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin]-5-ylamino)pyrimidine-4-carboxylic acid hydrochloride, 70 mg (0.16 mmol) (S)-2-(3,5-difluorophenyl)-5,5-dimethylpiperidine, 40 μL (0.23 mmol) DIPEA and 65 mg (0.17 mmol) HATU in 0.80 mL DMF were stirred overnight at RT. The purification was carried out by preparative HPLC-MS. The product-containing fractions were combined and lyophilised.
