55.6 mg (230 μmol) of 3-fluoro-4-(1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-4-yloxy)aniline (from example XIX) are suspended in 5 ml of water. 47.2 mg (230 μmol) of 4-chloro-6-(4-pyridinyl)-2-pyrimidineamine (from example XXIX) and 0.01 ml of concentrated hydrochloric acid are added, and the mixture is stirred at 100° C. overnight. For work-up, the reaction solution is made alkaline using saturated sodium bicarbonate solution and extracted 3× with ethyl acetate, and the extracts are dried over sodium sulfate and concentrated using a rotary evaporator. The residue is purified by preparative HPLC.
