Compound 70 was synthesized using 4-aminospiro[cyclohexane-1,2′-naphtho[1,2-b][1,4]oxathiine]-5′,6′-dione hydrochloride, 3-(trifluoromethyl)benzoyl chloride, triethylamine to neutralize the hydrochloride and conditions outlined in procedure N. M.p.=266-267° C.; 400 MHz 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ: 8.66 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 8.21-8.16 (m, 2H), 7.92 (d, J=7.4 Hz, 1H), 7.85 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 1H), 7.80 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 1H), 7.74 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 1H), 7.58 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 1H), 4.08-3.94 (m, 1H), 3.06 (s, 2H), 2.20-2.10 (m, 2H), 1.94-1.72 (m, 7H), LCMS: 488 [M+H].
