4-Chloro-6-pyridin-3-yl-2-pyridin-2-yl-pyrimidine (Intermediate A) (1 eq, 0.74 mmol, 200 mg) and 4-(2-amino-ethyl)-phenol (1.2 eq, 0.89 mmol, 123 mg) are dissolved in iPrOH (3 ml). Then DIPEA (2 eq, 1.49 mmol, 196 mg) is added and the resulting mixture is heated using microwave radiation at 130° C. for 20 min. The solvent is removed in vacuo and the crude residue is purified by flash chromatography eluting with 0-5% MeOH in DCM yielding the title compound [M+H]+=370.
