Procedure
5.0 g of 5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)pyridin-2-ylamine and 5.30 g of 2-bromo-1-(4-chlorophenyl)ethanone are placed in 150 ml of n-propanol in a round-bottomed flask. 2.67 g of sodium hydrogencarbonate are added. The mixture is heated at 80° C. for 16 h. After cooling, the reaction mixture is concentrated under reduced pressure. 10.93 g of compound are obtained, which compound is used as is in the following stages.
