To a solution of compound B of this example (18 mg, 80% pure) in dimethyl formamide (1 mL) at RT were added BOP (40 mg) and cyclopropylamine (0.05 mL). After stirring for 30 min, the reaction mixture was purified by RP HPLC eluting with a mixture of methanol in water containing 0.1% TFA. The fractions containing the product were collected, concentrated, and neutralized with NaHCO3 solution. The solid obtained was filtered, washed with water, and dried in vacuo to afford the title compound (11 mg). LC/MS; (M+H)+=397.
