In analogy to example 2, 100 mg (0.297 mmol) of 6-chloro-4-methyl-3-oxo-1,3-dihydropyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (2-thiophen-2-ylethyl)amide were reacted with 22.2 μl of iodomethane in THF. Yield: 18 mg (77%), M+H+: 351.12.
