Procedure

A mixture of 3-[4-(2-fluoro-pyridin-4-yl)-thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-2-yl]-phenol, (60 mg), dimethylamine hydrochloride (151 mg), triethylamine (0.31 mL) and 1,4-dioxane (3 mL) was heated to 130° C. in a sealed tube. After heating for 24 hours the reaction mixture was cooled, diluted with chloroform, washed with brine, dried (MgSO4) and the solvent removed in vacuo. The residue was purified using flash chromatography to yield the title compound (40 mg).
