In analogy to the procedure described in example 2.2, 4-{3-butyl-3-[2-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2H-indazol-3-yl]-ureido}-3-chloro-benzoic acid methyl ester was treated with 1 N aqueous lithium hydroxide solution in THF/MeOH 1/1 for 14 h at ambient temperature to give the title compound as colorless foam. MS: m/e=496.1 [M−H−].
