In analogy to the procedure described in example 2.2, 3-chloro-4-[3-cyclohexyl-3-(2-phenyl-2H-indazol-3-yl)-ureido]-benzoic acid methyl ester was treated with 1 N aqueous lithium hydroxide solution in THF/MeOH 1/1 for 16 h at ambient temperature to give the title compound as off-white solid. MS: m/e=489.3 [M+H+].
