Procedure

In analogy to the procedure described in example 2.2, {4-[3-cyclohexyl-3-(2-phenyl-2H-indazol-3-yl)-ureido]-3-fluoro-phenoxy}-acetic acid methyl ester was treated with 1 N aqueous lithium hydroxide solution in THF/MeOH 1/1 for 1 h at 60° C. to give the title compound as off-white solid. MS: m/e=501.0 [M−H−].
