Procedure

In analogy to the procedure described in example 1.2, [2-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2H-indazol-3-yl]-cyclohexyl-amine (example 9.1) was reacted with 3-(3-fluoro-4-isocyanato-phenyl)-propionic acid tert-butyl ester in 1,2-dichloroethane in the presence of Et3N for 3 days under reflux conditions to give the title compound as brown oil. MS: m/e=591.3 [M+H+].
