The tert-butoxycarbonyl derivative 11 (Example 23, 100 mg, 0.19 mmol) is suspended in 10 mL dichloromethane, and 2 mL trifluoroacetic acid are added. The mixture is stirred at room temperature for 30 min and poured into 70 mL of diethyl ether. The precipitate is collected by filtration and purified by flash column chromatography (CH2Cl2/MeOH 5:1) yielding 74 mg (0.17 mmol, 92%) of the title compound. MS (ESI) m/z 424.1 [M+H]+.
