To a solution of 5-(3-butyl-5-hydroxymethyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy)-2-methyl-2H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (50 mg, 0.16 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) were added 2-(1H-benzotriazole-1-yl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyluronium tetrafluoroborate (57 mg, 0.18 mmol), N,N-diisopropyl ethyl amine (138 μL, 0.8 mmol) and 2,2,2-trifluoroethylamine HCl (24 mg, 0.18 mmol). The resulting reaction mixture was stirred overnight at room temperature. Concentration and purification by chromatography (silica, dichloromethane:methanol=100:0 to 95:5) afforded the title compound (47 mg, 75%) as a colorless oil. MS: m/e=391.2 [M+H]+.\
