A mixture of 2-{1-[2-(tert-butyldimethylsilanyloxy)-2-methyl-propyl]-1H-indazol-5-yloxy}-5-fluorobenzylamine (0.072 g, 0.162 mmol), (5-tert-butyl-2-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-carbamic acid 2,2,2-trichloroethyl ester (0.080 g, 0.24 mmol) and DIEA (0.06 mL, 0.324 mmol) in DMA (3 mL) was heated to 80° C. for 16 hours. The mixture was diluted with ether (60 mL) and washed with water (3×5 mL), brine, dried over MgSO4, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was chromatographed on silica eluting with ethyl acetate/hexanes (3:1) to afford 0.084 g of product (83% yield).
