To a solution of ethyl 1-{4-[(ethylamino)carbonyl]-2-hydroxyphenyl}-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylate (0.30 g) obtained in Example 133c) in DMF (10 ml) were added (3-bromopropyl)benzene (0.18 ml) and potassium carbonate (0.14 g), and the mixture was stirred overnight at 75° C. The reaction mixture was allowed to cool to room temperature, water was added, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column (ethyl acetate/hexane=1/1 to ethyl acetate) and recrystallized from ethyl acetate-hexane to give the title compound as a pale-yellow powder (0.25 g, 57%).
