To a solution of compound from step 3 (50 mg, 0.14 mmol) in THF (2 mL) was added 1-[5-(trifluoromethyl)-2-pyridinyl]piperazine (32 mg, 0.14 mmol), followed by triethylamine (39 μL, 0.28 mmol). The reaction solution was stirred for 4 hours at room temperature. The solvent was evaporated and the residues were purified by silica gel chromatography to afford 22 mg of desired compound.
