The title compound is prepared by the procedure of Example 27 using 2.25 g of product from Example 25, 0.881 g of product from Example 12, 0.282 g of 50% sodium hydride and 30 ml of tetrahydrofuran. The reaction is stirred at 0° C. for I hour, room temperature for 18 hours and at reflux temperature for 6 hours. The residue is purified by column chromatography (silica gel: 90% ethyl acetate/hexane) to give 1.57 g of product as pale yellow crystals. Spectral data shows the product as 2 rotomers.
