Procedure

0.55 g of the compound obtained in PREPARATION 1.3 is dissolved in water, the mixture is alkalinized by adding concentrated NaOH solution, the product is extracted with DCM, the organic phase is dried over MgSO4 and the solvent is evaporated off under vacuum. The product obtained is taken up in 20 ml of acetonitrile, 0.85 g of the compound obtained in step C of EXAMPLE 15 and 1 g of K2CO3 are added and the reaction mixture is heated to reflux for 2 hours 30 minutes. It is concentrated under vacuum, the residue is extracted with AcOEt, the organic phase is washed with water and with 5% NaOH solution and dried over MgSO4 and the solvent is evaporated off under vacuum. The residue is chromatographed on silica H, eluting with DCM and then with a DCM/MeOH (90:10; v/v) mixture. The product obtained is taken up in ethereal hydrogen chloride and the precipitate formed is drained. 0.51 g of the expected product is obtained.
