Procedure
1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-5-methyl-1H-pyrazolecarboxamide (0.43 g), 1-(5-bromopyridin-2-yl)cyclohexanecarboxylic acid ethyl ester (0.83 g), copper (I) iodide (20 mg), 1,2-dimethylethylenediamine (0.13 g) and potassium carbonate (0.42 g) were added to 1,4-dioxane (5 ml), and stirred at 105° C. for six hours. The reaction solution was treated with water, extracted with ethyl acetate and concentrated in vacuo. 1N Aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide (5 ml) and ethanol (5 ml) were added to the residue, and stirred at 75° C. for seven hours. The solvent was evaporated, the residue was purified with a silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate:n-hexane=1:1) to give the titled compound (20 mg).
