[6-(8-Methyl-1,4-dioxaspiro[4.5]dec-8-yl)pyridin-3-yl]amine (340 mg) was added to a solution of 5-methyl-1-[5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid chloride (491 mg) described in Reference Example 180 in pyridine (7.0 ml) and stirred at 50° C. for an hour. After completion of the reaction, triethylamine (1.5 ml) and water was added and the precipitated solid was collected by filtration to give 5-methyl-N-[6-(8-methyl-1,4-dioxaspiro[4.5]dec-8-yl)pyridin-3-yl]-1-[5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide (618 mg) as a white solid.
