Procedure

To a solution of tert-butyl 3-(5-methoxypyrimidin-2-yl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate (13 mg, 0.047 mmol) in dry CH2Cl2 (0.5 mL) was added TFA (20% in CH2Cl2, 2 mL) at 0° C. The formed solution was stirred at rt for 2 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo to give the crude product (8 mg), which was used for next step without purification.
