Following the procedure described in Example 3, except using the material from Example 19 (2.99 g, 10.51 mmol), CH2Cl2 (200 mL) and TFA (51 mL, 662 mmol), 4.8 g (quantitative yield) of the title compound is obtained as a tan syrup as a bis TFA salt. LC/MS (Condition A): ret. T=2.33 min, (M+H)+ 229.04.
