Procedure

To a stirred solution of 30 mg of (40) in CH2Cl2 (1 mL) was added trifluoroacetic acid (10 mL). After stirring for 45 min the reaction was evaporated to dryness, triturated with ether, filtered and dried under vacuum to give the title compound (41) as a mixture of isomers (24rag, 75%).
