PROCEDURE

实验过程

A 25-mL three-neck round-bottomed flask equipped with a reflux condenser, magnetic stirrer and nitrogen inlet was charged with of 102k (200 mg, 0.486 mmol), 102g (217 mg, 0.442 mmol), sodium carbonate (115 mg, 1.08 mmol), water (1.5 mL), 1,4-dioxane (5 mL), and DMF (2 mL). After bubbling nitrogen through the resulting suspension for 30 min, tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) (83 mg, 0.07 mmol) was added and the reaction mixture was heated at reflux for 16 h. After this time, the mixture was cooled to room temperature and diluted with ethyl acetate (40 mL) and water (5 mL). The organic layer was separated, dried over sodium sulfate, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by column chromatography on silica gave an 88% yield (272 mg) of 102l as a brown foam: mp 120-123° C.; 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.33 (s, 1H), 7.79 (d, 2H, J=6.9 Hz), 7.71-7.28 (m, 5H), 6.92 (s, 1H), 6.75 (s, 1H), 5.30 (s, 3H), 4.63 (s, 2H), 4.61 9s, 1H), 3.62 (s, 3H), 3.50 (m, 2H), 3.42-3.22 (m, 2H), 3.04 (m, 4H), 1.46 (s, 18H); MS (APCI+) m/z 697.5 (M+H).
