Procedure

A solution of 4-[(2-chloro-6-fluorobenzyl)amino]-N-(3,4-di methoxyphenyl)pyridine-3-sulfonamide (0.04 g, 0.09 mmol) and 1,1′-carbonyldiimidazole (56 mg, 0.34 mmol) in 1,2-dichloroethane (10 mL) was heated for 30 min at 100° C., then cooled and concentrated in vacuo. Purification by gradient column chromatography eluting with 0-30% EtOAc in hexane yielded the title compound (10 mg, 0.02 mmol).
