A mixture of 7-chloro-1-methyl-6-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-3,4-dihydro-1H-quinolin-2-one (20 mg, 0.06 mmol), ethanesulfonic acid (5-bromo-pyridin-3-ylmethyl)-amide (intermediate A-11, 26 mg, 0.09 mmol), bis(triphenylphosphine)-palladium(II) chloride (4.2 mg, 0.006 mmol) and sodium carbonate (2 N aq., 0.06 mL) in DMF (1 mL) was heated in a microwave at 120° C. for 30 minutes. The mixture was diluted with EtOAc, washed with water, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by prep-HPLC to afford the title product (7.1 mg, 30%) as a white solid. MS, 394.2 (M+H+)+.
