A solution of EXAMPLE 163B (150 mg) in dichloromethane (10 mL) was treated with TFA (1 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred for 2 hours at 30° C. The reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate (100 mL), washed with saturated aqueous NaHCO3, brine, dried over Na2SO4, filtered, and concentrated. The crude product was purified by flash chromotography (silica gel, dichloromethane/methanol=10/1).
