To a solution of 4-chloro-5-methyl-5H-pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidine (100 mg) in 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (1.0 mL) was added 3-methyl-4-[(6-methylpyridin-3-yl)oxy]aniline (192 mg). The title compound (106 mg) was obtained as white powder crystals by the reaction in the same manner as in Example 39 (ii).
