800 mg of 5-(6-bromoquinazolin-4-yl)-thiophen-2-sulfonyl chloride (compound in Production Example 377) was dissolved in 15 mL tetrahydrofuran, and 1.78 mL methylamine was added thereto and stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. The solvent was removed, and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/hexane), to give 752 mg of the title compound (pale skin-colored crystals).
