Stir at r.t. 2 h. Add sat. sodium bicarbonate, extract with ethyl acetate. Dry organics over sodium sulfate and concentrate to give 331, analyzed by rHPLC. MS: (ESI+)=466.2. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO) δ 9.10 (s, 1H), 7.89 (s, 1H), 7.84 (s, 1H), 6.34 (s, 1H), 6.01-5.79 (m, 1H), 4.50 (d, J=10.0 Hz, 4H), 3.53 (s, 4H), 3.18 (s, 2H), 3.03 (s, 3H), 2.82 (s, 3H), 1.47 (d, J=6.5 Hz, 6H).
