The compound of example 117, step 2 (0.042 g, 0.12 mmol) and 4-fluorobenzaldehyde (0.0115 g, 0.092 mmol) were dissolved in THF (3 ml) and acetic acid (0.5 ml). Resin-bound sodium cyanoborohydride (0.2 mmol) was added, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature until LC/MS analysis showed complete conversion. The resin was filtered off, the filtrate was subjected to preparative RP HPLC (water/ACN gradient), and the fractions containing the title compound freeze-dried to give 33 mg of the title compound.
