4-[2-(4-Isopropyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)ethyl]-2-aminopyridine(200 mg), diethyl 4-dimethylaminomethyleneglutaconate (265 mg) was added with bromobenzene (2 ml) and heated at 120° C. for 1 hour and at 160° C. for 4 hours with stirring. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain the title compound (20 mg) as white powder.
