The 8-[2-(4-isopropyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)ethyl]-2-methoxy-3-[2-(4-methoxy-benzyl)-2H-1,2,3,4-tetrazol-5-yl]-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one (5 mg) obtained in (A) was added with trifluoroacetic acid (0.3 ml) and anisole (0.1 ml) and stirred for 2 days. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the residue was added with hexane and ethyl acetate. Insoluble solids were collected by filtration and dried to obtain the title compound (1.2 mg).
