To a solution of compound (20)(1.00 g, 7.21 mmol) in dimethylformamide (15 ml) were added tributyl(vinyl)tin (2.50 ml, 8.65 mmol) and dichlorobis(triphenylphosphine)palladium (0.40 g, 0.58 mmol), and the mixture was stirred at 120° C. under an argon atmosphere for one hr. The reaction mixture was poured into ice water and extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was combined and washed with brine and dried (MgSO4). The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure and the obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to give a white powder (0.93 g, 99%).
