Procedure
In analogy to the procedure described in example 8, the 6-[4-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-2-methyl-5-nitro-3H-pyrimidin-4-one (example 1) was treated with 6-chloro-1-hexanol and potassium carbonate in N,N-dimethylformamide at 120° C. to yield the 6-{6-[4-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-2-methyl-5-nitro-pyrimidin-4-yloxy}-hexan-1-ol as a yellow amorphous solid; MS: [M+H]+=434.
