In analogy to the procedure described in example 20b, 4-chloro-2,6-bis-(2-hydroxy-ethylamino)-pyrimidine-5-carbonitrile was treated with 4-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-pyridine hydrochloride in dioxane in the presence of N-ethyl-diisopropyl-amine at 90° C. to yield 4-[4-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-3,6-dihydro-2H-pyridin-1-yl]-2,6-bis-(2-hydroxy-ethylamino)-pyrimidine-5-carbonitrile as an amorphous, white solid;
