Procedure
In analogy to the procedure described in example 20b, 2-amino-4-bromo-6-methyl-sulfanyl-pyrimidine-5-carbonitrile (see example 69) was treated with 1-(4-fluorophenyl)-piperazine in dioxane in the presence of N-ethyl-diisopropylamine at room temperature during 36 hours to yield 2-amino-4-[4-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-6-methyl-sulfanyl-pyrimidine-5-carbonitrile as a yellow powder; MS: [M+H]+=345.
