{4-[1-(4-Methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamino]-cyclohexyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (30 mg, 0.06 mmol) was dissolved in 4M HCl in dioxane (2 mL) and then stirred overnight at 40° C. The resulting solution was evaporated to provide compound A54 as a white solid (24 mg, 100%). Exact mass calculated for C18H22N6O2S 386.2, found 387.2 (MH+).
