93 mg (0.44 mmol) methyl (S)-1-piperidin-4-yl-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylate were added to a solution of 200 mg (0.39 mmol) (R)-1-carboxy-2-(4-methyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydrobenzoxazol-6-yl)-ethyl 4-(2-oxo-1,2,4,5,-tetrahydro-1,3-benzodiazepin-3-yl)-piperidine-1-carboxylate, 140 mg (0.44 mmol) TBTU and 61 μL (0.44 mmol) triethylamine in 2 mL DMF and the reaction mixture was shaken overnight at RT. The reaction solution was purified by HPLC without working up; the fractions containing the product were concentrated by evaporation and lyophilised.
