Procedure

To a solution of 1I (29.0 mg, 0.0550 mmol) in THF (2 mL) at 0° C. was added HF/pyridine mixture (˜2.3:1, 0.120 mL) and the reaction was stirred at rt overnight. Saturated aqueous NaHCO3 was added (5 mL), and the product was extracted with EtOAc (3×5 mL). The combined organic layers were washed with saturated aqueous NaHCO3 and brine, dried over MgSO4, then filtered and concentrated. Purification via flash chromatography (silica gel, 0-90% EtOAc in hexane) provided the title compound (10.0 mg). LCMS: niz 292 [M+H]+.
